Built a Complete Travel SaaS Platform and Eliminated Manual Operations

Travel company was operating a premium travel business completely offline. Every customer touchpoint itineraries, flight details, hotel vouchers, trip updates was managed manually over WhatsApp and phone calls.

For a business serving executive-class travellers expecting seamless experiences, this was becoming a serious bottleneck. The team was spending hours on manual communication. Tracking travellers across trips was difficult. Scaling meant hiring more people to do the same manual work. And there was no digital record of bookings, preferences, or customer history.

They needed a complete tech infrastructure built from scratch, fast, and reliable without hiring an in-house tech team.

We embedded into the business as their dedicated tech team. Before writing a single line of code, we spent time understanding their operations end to end. How trips were managed, how customers were communicated with, what information travellers needed and when.

From there we designed a phased build: starting with the core traveller experience and notification system, then expanding to AI-powered vacation planning, B2B partner infrastructure, and advanced trip management.

We worked in two-week sprints with regular demos, keeping travel company involved in every decision. Every feature was tied directly to a business outcome, reducing manual work, improving traveller experience, or enabling B2B growth.

AI Vacation Planner - ChatGPT powered itinerary builder where users select destination and days, AI suggests cities, activities, hotels and flights, with live weather data. Membership-gated for premium users.

WhatsApp Notification System - Automated notifications with timezone-aware cron jobs sending the right information to the right traveller at the right time. Flight reminders, hotel check-in details, activity updates - all automated.

B2B Partner Portal - Partner and alliance registration system with dedicated web portal. Partners manage their own travellers independently using the same platform infrastructure.

Trip Builder - Full trip creation and management on web and app covering flights, hotels, activities, and add-on services with itinerary preview and roadmap confirmation.

Gift Card System - Users generate and gift travel vouchers redeemable on bookings.

Admin Panel - Full analytics dashboard, post creation, trip management, and partner oversight.
